Hello, welcome to the web site of the Molecular Ecology Lab at Macquarie University (MELMU). At the MELMU we use modern DNA approaches to address questions at the interface of population, conservation and evolutionary biology. Although we work on a variety of ecosystems, research at the MELMU focuses mainly on aquatic organisms. We are a new lab at Macquarie that offers possibilities for graduate and undergraduate research, postdoctoral experience and research contracts.
